Why is ROSS so important, and why does the AmerROSS
organization want to spread the ROSS Training System
throughout the United States? |
» |
|
The thing is... ROSS is important because life is important.
In many ways, ROSS is about improving the quality of life.
As such, it is not simply a martial arts class that someone
can attend once or twice a week. It is a true training
system that can help people in all aspects of life. People
often ask me how often I train. The answer is simple: I
train every day. It is important to integrate ROSS into all
aspects of your daily routine. The result will be a much
healthier--and happier--life!
